At the same time, gross milk yield was 127.3% and 145.9%, respectively. The growth rate of gross output of cattle breeding - 113.2% and 118%. Gross harvest of cereals and leguminous crops with corn for grain - 124.7% and 137.6%.
Growth of revenue from sale of the goods reached 116.7% against the same period of the last year. The growth rate of revenue per employee amounted to 108.9%.
1560 employees of the holding ensured such results.
The maximum figure for 2024 on the local harvester GS2124 (Gomselmash) was achieved on harvesting grain and leguminous crops and corn. This result belongs to the crew of JSC Reshayushchiy consisting of Ivan Golovaty and Sergei Protasenya.
The total yield of grain harvested from the area of 2012 hectares amounted to 11482.73 tonnes. The work required 1053 machine hours, and the maximum daily threshing yield reached 326.25 tonnes.

For 10 months of 2024, the growth of production in the division reached the level of 125% compared to the same period of the last year. Gross output of livestock production - 123%; gross output of crop production - 131%.

JSC Zabolotsky is in the holding since 2018
The production growth rate for 10 months was 105%, with gross livestock production - 106%; gross crop production - 103%.
JSC Zabolotsky (Mikhail Vecher) is awarded in the category “Average daily weight gain by the division”.
Nowdays the size of the holding Belaruskali Agro has grown thanks to JSC Reshayushchiy (head Vadim Serchenya), included in its structure in 2022, and JSC Chelyushchevichi (head Sergei Rakitsky), included in its structure in 2024.
Successes in the difficult, multifaceted activities of the holding's divisions are also the result of the well-coordinated work of the competent team of managers and specialists.
The holding's divisions have made a good contribution to the 2025 harvest. The following crops were sown: winter rape and turpentine - 6204 hectares, winter cereals - 16024 hectares.
489 767 tonnes of organic fertilizers were applied for spring sowing. 736 719 tonnes of organic fertilizers were put out. Winter tillage was carried out on the area of 8995 hectares.
