The competition, like a festive event, filled with sincere enthusiasm for their work, timed to the Chemist's Day was held at the industrial site of the Production Unit 2.
The knowledge and practical skills were demonstrated by the Central Laboratory gas and dust lab technicians.
The Head of the Central Laboratory Svetlana Kolesnik addressed greetings and congratulations to the competitors:
“It is a great pleasure to present our beautiful promising young people to our guests. From the bottom of my heart, I wish you a cool mind, maximum concentration and composure, to demonstrate your professional potential and skills”.
Six participants had to perform theoretical and practical tasks, observing technological requirements and labour safety rules.
The participants successfully coped with the theory and technical task - determination of nitrogen oxide (IV) concentration in atmospheric air by photocolorimetric method.
The girls were supported by congratulations and compliments of the guests - representatives of JSC Belaruskali management headed by the Director General Andrei Rybakov.
“The future elite gathered here - engineering, chemical and, indeed, there are no losers, all perfectly trained specialists,” emphasised the Head of the Company.
The professional skills competition mobilises and strengthens the motivation to improve one's professional level, enhances the prestige of the lab technician profession - the participants expressed their unanimous opinion about the competition.
Having summarized the results, the commission announced the names of the winners.
Daria Cherevako took the first place in the competition. The second result was shown by Svetlana Strazhevich. The third place went to Lilia Naiden.
We congratulate the winners and say bravo to the skills and professionalism of the three leaders and other participants: Daria Zhukovskaya, Yulia Filonovich, Valeria Hralovich.
Successes in the professional sphere, energy and inspiration, harmony and happiness - these were the wishes addressed to the young lab technicians by the members of the competition committee, representatives of Belhimprofsoyuz.
Each girl received a trade union award in an exclusive nomination: “Precious Contribution”, “Sustainable Potential”, “Young Chemist” etc.
Flowers and gifts from the Company's management, Regional Public Association Belaya Rus and the trade union were given to all the contest participants.
