Festive events in honour of Miner's Day were held at all industrial sites of the Company.
Director General Andrei Rybakov addressed congratulations to the employees: “The Company’s history begins with the first Production Unit. You are really the first. We bow down before the veterans who started this great deal, and to the subsequent generations who support it. I wish you and your families good health, a wonderful festive mood that will charge you throughout the coming “miner’s year”.
The best employees were awarded with different titles, awards and certificates, such as “Miner’s Glory, 3rd and 2nd Class” badges, honorary titles “Veteran of Labour” and “Honoured Veteran of Labour”, Certificates of Honour of JSC Belaruskali, Certificates of Honour and Letters of Gratitude from the Chairman of Soligorsk District Executive Committee, Soligorsk District Executive Committee and Petrikov District Executive Committee. Gratitude from Director General of JSC Belaruskali and the Chairman of Soligorsk District Executive Committee was announced to many employees.
Well-deserved awards were presented to trade union activists.

In honour of the miners who forge victory in the depths of the earth, the anthem was played and words of gratitude were expressed by the Director General of JSC Belaruskali Andrei Rybakov. Andrei Alekseevich read out the Congratulatory Address of the Head of State to the staff.
