On 14 December 2023, delegation of JSC Naftan visited JSC Belaruskali.
Representatives of one of the largest companies of our country studied the experience of social and ideological work organisation in JSC Belaruskali. During the visit, the management of JSC Naftan studied the experience of work in all social areas carried out by our company.
The Novopolotsk Refinery was the pioneer of the national economy and currently is a major part of the Republic's industrial complex. Like JSC Belaruskali the JSC Naftan is a city-forming enterprise. Fates of tens of thousands of people are bound with it. We have a lot to discuss.
The heads of various divisions of the oil refining company visited the health resort Berezka, SC Shakhter, nursery-kindergarten No. 1, Belaruskali museum, military and patriotic club Rodnik, as well as catering facilities of JSC Belaruskali.
The parties discussed relevant issues, asked questions, expressed their wishes and suggestions. For their part, the representatives of JSC Naftan invited the management of our company to make a return visit to introduce and share their experience of development and organisation of social and ideological work.
