The shearer manufactured by Mashkhimprom LLC was assembled at the underground mining section No. 7 in the mine of the PU1. It replaced the SL 300/400 which has been in operation since 2013. The design of domestic machine builders is an analogue of the German predecessor.
Currently, the shearer is at the stage of industrial tests, the purpose of which is to confirm the technical properties declared by the manufacturer.
The mine's engineers do not hurry to make any forecasts regarding the production performance of the new equipment. But they are confident: the professionalism of the project designers along with the experience and knowledge of the production staff bring a good result. And the domestic industry receives highly efficient models of machines that are not inferior to foreign analogues.
