It became a tradition at JSC Belaruskali to provide a structured welcome for young professionals arriving at their first workplace. The Youth Forum serves as the first step for the new employees into their professional careers. The event consists of several stages, the first of which is a meeting with the company’s leadership.
A meeting between the senior management of JSC Belaruskali and the young professionals took place on September 23. While welcoming the new staff, Director General Andrei Rybakou highlighted the company’s significant influence on the global fertilizer market and emphasized the high level of professional responsibility expected from every employee. He encouraged them to pursue self-realization, apply their knowledge to solve operational challenges, and take the initiative.
The young audience was invited to take full advantage of the available opportunities and become actively involved in the life of the company by contributing new ideas. "I hope each of you finds your place as a member of the JSC Belaruskali team," he said.
